Generation Next Youth Ministry will meet this Saturday, January 20, at 12 Noon to kick off a New Year of growth in the Lord! The topic for this month is “How my Attitude affects my Altitude” so join us as we discuss the value of a right heart towards God and how a positive attitude affects all areas of life.   


The Virtuous Women of Praise Women’s Ministry will meet on 4th Saturday, January 27, at 10 a.m. for a fellowship breakfast and planning meeting. All women are welcome to attend and are invited to join us as we discuss, “A Kingdom Woman and Her Community.” Door Prizes and special arrival gifts to be given!


The Faith Walk Singles Ministry and Love in Covenant Marriage Ministry are gearing up for special Valentine’s Day events and want you to be a part of the fun! See the events below and make plans to join in:

  1. FAITH WALK SINGLES MINISTRY is hosting a Valentine's Brunch on Saturday, February 10, at 10 a.m. at CWC Cafe located at 4727 Crawfordville Road. All single persons are invited to come and enjoy this pre-Valentine's Day event that's sure to be filled with laughter, fun games, networking, and the opportunity to meet new friends! A Valentine gift exchange will also take place for those who want to join in, so please bring a gift to participate ($20). Food is on your own, but the fun will be all inclusive!   2. LOVE IN COVENANT MARRIAGE MINISTRY is hosting a Sweetheart Dinner on Sunday, February 11, at 5 p.m. (Location TBA). All married and soon-to-be married couples are invited to this beautiful night of love and fellowship with other couples! Door prizes and couple gifts will be given so don't miss out! Each couple will be responsible for their dinners. For more information, please contact First Lady Brown.


The church's annual Black History Service and Program will be held on Sunday, February 18, at 11 a.m.  The Youth Department is in charge of the service and will also showcase important historical persons who've contributed to the betterment of persons of color. This year's focus will be on recent history and those who have impacted in a positive way.


​The Outreach & Evangelism Ministry wants to be a blessing to our community all year long beyond the holidays. This quarter we are focused on continuing to help meet some basic needs for those who are homeless and your help is needed! Requested items are listed on the church's main Bulletin Board (primarily socks, shoes, and jackets) as well as volunteer opportunities.
